POSITION DESCRIPTION
The candidate will work under Pipelines, Distribution & Terminals, Capital Program Management Division, which is responsible for ensuring Contractor commitment to quality and compliance in line with SAEP/SAES. He or she will review Contractor documents such as Project Quality Plan, Method of Statements, assess construction and installation methods to ensure that SAEP/SAES are adequately implemented. He or She will audit Contractor's Project Quality Plan, Procedures, Site Activities and submit report to management and follow-up on remedial actions implemented by Contractor. Prepare Performance report, non-conformance analysis, remedial actions and submit to management. Closely monitor site activities and conditions to find out any non-conformances of Contractor and take appropriate remedial actions and report to the management. Continuous check materials delivered at site, ensure compliance with SAEP/SAES, and ensure all tests are carried out as per contract requirements.
