FVJ Europe Limited collects various information about you. This may include sensitive personal data. These may include:

FVJ Europe Limited may collect this information in a different of ways. For example, data might be collected through interviews or other forms of assessment, from your application forms, CVs or resumes, or it can also be obtained from your passport or other identity documents. Personal data about you may also be collected from third parties, in which case, you will be informed accordingly. For example, the references you supplied or references supplied by your former employers.

DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION

We store data in a range of different places, including on your application record, in our database and in some occasions, in our email.

We will retain your personal data indefinitely for the purpose of providing you with work-finding services and also in accordance with various government laws and regulations.

USE AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

FVJ Europe Limited use and process your Personal Information for the purposes of providing you with work-finding services. This may include contacting you about the job opportunities and career-related information; screening and assessing your suitability for our open roles; contacting you either via telephone, email or text regarding our job opportunities; putting you forward for job opportunities; updating our database and to develop our relationship with you and our clients; and to otherwise provide you with requested information or services. FVJ Europe Limited will process your Personal Information for temporary, project or permanent recruitment requirements and for the purpose of complying with regulations.

Information about your disability, health and/or court/criminal record will only be processed, with prior consent from you, in accordance with the restrictions imposed by law.

Any information about third parties you have provided to FVJ Europe Limited is assumed that the third party in question has given you permission to do so and to FVJ Europe Limited to collect, to process and to transfer their Personal Information to the same extent as yours.

By accepting our Terms & Conditions, you authorise us to use your Personal Information to contact you either via telephone, email or text messages regarding our services, including employment information. You may withdraw of receiving any kinds of information from us by informing us at withdraw@fvj- europe.com.

DISCLOSURES AND TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

FVJ Europe Limited may disclose Personal Information to third parties in the following circumstances. We make sure that the data that will be transferred is the one that is only relevant to Transfer only data that is relevant to employees on-going employment

  1. CLIENTS – We will disclose Personal Information to our clients, in the UK and abroad, where necessary and appropriate, in connection with the provision of staffing services including temporary and permanent placements.
  2. OUR AFFILIATED COMPANIES – FVJ Europe Limited may sometimes advertise open roles required by our affiliated / partner companies. If you apply, your CV and Personal Information is shared directly with the company requiring the role/s, who may / will contact you direct about their advertised role or any employment opportunities. In this case, you will be informed accordingly and your consent will be obtained before we pass on your Personal Information.

If you register / enquire as a client with FVJ Europe Limited, you may also be contacted by our affiliated companies in connection with potential partnership that our affiliated companies may consider of interest to you. You may be invited to register directly with the them to enable them to represent you and provide its services. Our affiliated companies have implemented the same high standards of data security as FVJ Europe Limited and will treat your Personal Information in accordance with the law, respecting your legal rights.

  1. OVERSEAS TRANSFERS – We may transfer the Personal Information you provide to us to countries outside the European Economic Area for the purpose of providing you with work- finding services. You will be informed accordingly and your consent will be obtained before doing so. The data protection laws outside the EU, however, may not provide an equivalent level of protection to those in the United Kingdom, but FVJ Europe Limited will abide by this Statement, as well as any applicable laws, when data is transferred. FVJ Europe Limited will

take steps to ensure that such recipients of data transfers are made aware of this Statement and take action to preserve the confidentiality and security of your personal data.

COMPANIES AND INDIVIDUALS, WE EMPLOY TO PERFOM BUSINESS FUNCTIONS AND SERVICES ON OUR BEHALF – We may disclose Personal Information to companies and individuals we employ to perform business functions and services on our behalf. Such functions may include but not limited to legal, accounting, marketing and web-server hosting and maintenance services. 5. We may disclose Personal Information to the extent necessary or appropriate to government agencies, advisers, and other third parties in order to comply with applicable laws, the service of legal process, or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law requiring such disclosure; (b) protect the rights or property of FVJ Europe Limited or its affiliated companies; (c) prevent a crime or protect national security or (d) protect the personal safety of the users or the public.

Any changes to this Statement will be posted here for your review. If we change material terms in this Statement, we will provide notice of the revised Statement for 30 days on the News page at www.fvj- europe.com with a link back to this page.
